How To Unlock OTP In UFS

طريقة فك OTP  تعتمد على بعض تفاصيل الذاكرة

عندما يكون الهاتف يحمل معالج اكسنوس ويحمل ذاكرة UFS 3.0 , UFS 3.1 BGA153 انتبه لحجم قطاع LUN4 

اذا كان حجمه 16 ميقا بايت او 20 ميقا بايت هنا عليك فقط بتوصيل isp وكتابة ملف sboot من فلاشة كومبنيشن وبعدها افصل الاسلاك وادخل الهاتف وضع داونلود وهكذا يتم فك otp ويتحول Re config إلى Enabled 

اذا كان حجمه 8 ميقا بايت هنا تحتاج إلى رفع الذاكرة ثم وضعها على اي هاتف سامسونج اخر حجمه 16 او 20 ميقا بايت وكتابة sboot +ldfw+tzsw من فلاشة كومبنيشن وبعد ادخال الهاتف وضع داونلود يتم فك otp ويتحول Re config إلى Enabled وبعدها يمكنك ارجاع الذاكرة إلى هاتفها
وهذا مثال عن هاتف E625F 

The way to Unlock OTP depends on some memory details

When the phone has an Exynos processor and has UFS 3.0, UFS 3.1 BGA153 memory, pay attention to the LUN4 sector size.

If its size is 16 MB or 20 MB here, you just have to connect the isp and write the sboot file from the flash combination, then disconnect the wires and enter the phone in download mode, and you will see that the reconfiguration has been Enable (OTP Not Locked)   

If its size is 8 megabytes here you need to chip-off the memory and then put it on any other Samsung phone of 16 or 20 megabytes and write sboot +ldfw+tzsw from the combination flash and after entering the phone download mode and will see that the reconfiguration has been Enable (OTP Not Locked)   and then you can return the memory to its phone

اما اذا كان الهاتف يحمل معالج اكسنوس ويحمل ذاكرة BGA153 UFS 2.1 هذه سنخصص لها مقال منفصل 

اما اذا كان الهاتف يحمل معالج كوالكم ويحمل ذاكرة BGA254 UFS 2.1 , UFS 2.2 هنا عليك برفع الذاكرة وتركيبها على هاتف سامسونج A33 او A53 ولكن هذة الهواتف لا تقلع اذا كتبت sboot فقط او كتبت bl من فلاشة عادية لذلك يجب كتابة دامب سليم وبعد ادخال الهاتف وضع داونلود وهكذا يتم فك otp ويتحول Re config إلى Enabled وبعدها يمكنك ارجاع الذاكرة إلي هاتفها

اما في حالة كان الهاتف يحمل معالج كوالكم ويحمل ذاكرة BGA153 UFS 3.0 , UFS 3.1 عليك برفع الذاكرة وتركيبها على اي هاتف اخر يحمل معالج اكسنوس شرط ان يكون حجم قطاع lun4 هو 16 , 20 ميقا بايت

ملحوظة مهمة جدا (تحذير)

قبل فك OTP لهواتف كوالكم او اكسينوس(LUN 4 8MB)
يجب عليك سحب discreptor وايضا تسحب ملف attribute

باستخدام MiPitester حصراً في الوقت الحالي
(ميدوسا برو٢ ينجح بسحب الملف لكن يفشل بالكتابه)

ملف discreptor مسؤول عن قطاعات الذاكرة

وملف attribute مسؤول عن ضبط REF_CLK 

عندما تقوم بفك otp ستجد ان التردد اصبح 24MHZ و الضبط المظبوط للتردد هو 19MHZ لذلك تحتاج إلى هذا الملف  في حال الهاتف كوالكم

وهذا هو الحل لمشكلة موت الهاتف بعد فك otp  في حال الهاتف كوالكم

In the event that the phone has a Qualcomm processor and has BGA153 UFS 3.0 and UFS 3.1 memory, you have to remove the memory and install it on any other phone with an Exynos processor, provided that the size of the lun4 sector is 16.20 MB.

A very important note (warning)

Before unlocking OTP for Qualcomm or Exynos phones (LUN 4 8MB)
You have to pull out the discreptor and also pull out the attribute

Exclusively using MiPi tester at the moment
(Medusa Pro 2 succeeds in reading the file, but fails in writing)

The file discreptor is responsible for memory sectors

The attribute file is responsible for setting REF_CLK

When you unlock the otp, you will find that the frequency has become 24MHZ, and the right setting for the frequency is 19MHZ, so you need this file. If the phone is Qualcomm

This is the solution to the problem of the death of the phone after decoding the otp in the case of the phone as Qualcomm
